Very easy to order , simple process

We ordered the Clear Acrylic Three Panels Countertop Sneeze Shield. The product was as indicated and shipped & received in a timely manner. We're pleased with it's appearance and functionality in our workspace. Thank you for providing a great product.

The ordering processing went as expected. I received NO order conformation email or NO email response to my email asking if the order was received. Phone calls were made asking for the status of my order. Operator had no information and said they have to get back to me. Never received a call back. Part arrived.

Missing part of my order. Tried to contact customer service, but just did get my issue solved

We ordered a piece for a special event. I gave the dates upfront and confirmed several times with the gal who processed the artwork. Unfortunately we received the unit a few days ago, but did not receive the custom inserts until mid-way through our event today. We spent $600+ for this particular set and have not been able to use it. Had it arrived on time I would have been pleased with the service.

We have ordered a few times from this site and our orders have always come correctly and on time. Great pricing as well. Very happy overall and will continue to order here.
