DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE

Unfortunately there is a lack of communication between departments. The print team continually printed wrong items over and over again, with a blatant disregard of instructions from a supervisor for a reprint of our replacement order. We have yet to receive the correct order for our reopening after covid. We are not the first client to experience this issue according to other customer reviews of these products. Beyond disappointing and frustrating. There needs to be PHONE-CALL communication with the print/design team. Not emails. Supervisor even states that she cannot understand why they continue to do this for many customers. How can you know that your company operates like this and be ok with it? Unacceptable service, especially for the hundreds of dollars we put out. Design team needs a complete overhaul in addition to a COMMUNICATION OVERHAUL BETWEEN DEPARTMENTS.

Delayed and poor communication but overall satisfactory

In the end, I got the 3 frames I ordered and the packaging was good, with no damage to them. It was frustrating, though, because online the black frames were showing as in stock when I ordered them. Weeks later I finally contacted the company to check on the order status and was told the black were out of stock (and would be for 110 days). The representative was able to switch the color to silver and they shipped quickly after that, but I'm not sure why Displays2go didn't contact me about the situation. I would consider buying here again, but I would be wary of the stock being correct online. Edited to add: I really appreciate that the company took the time to respond to my review. I also got a quick response (and resolution) during my online chat attempt. Customer service can be very spotty these days, so Displays2go’s efforts are really nice to experience. I’m going to bump my rating from 3 to 4 and I do feel more comfortable buying from them now.

Terrible display box

Terrible display box. VERY cheaply made and fell apart with 3 minutes of opening the package. Would not recommend this product.

Terrible. Ordered 3 weeks ago and still no shipping has occurred and also no communication. I will never order from them again and I would recommend nobody else does either.

Poor quality product, shipped late

I ordered 12 poster frames, and although it said they would ship in about 10 days, they did not ship out until a month later. I tried to cancel the order (I needed them before that time), but they ignored my cancellation request. When I finally received the frames about six weeks later, they were poorly cut (cardboard and plastic different sizes). The one star is for product quality and customer service.

Finally had the chance to set up the…

Finally had the chance to set up the chip display rack. Had a little difficulty putting it together - the bolts do not always screw in easily and the shelves are not always interchangeable, but with a little patience and a tiny bit of work it all comes together. The rack was actually larger than I expected and held considerably more product - which is a good thing. I like this item.

Wrong item and wrong quantity delivered

After waiting 4 weeks, which I didn't mind doing for the items I wanted and ordered, received not only one instead of two, but the wrong one of very cheap quality which I can't use.
