I received a beautiful bouquet but unfortunately it didn't last. I contacted customer service and they were exceptional. Today, I have received a fresh bouquet and it's really lovely.

Received a faulty item which was immediately sent back. This item was replaced very quickly, which was a relief as I needed it urgently. In that respect customer service was good.

So useful to have a delivery service as I can't get to Longacres often. Good prices, lots of choice. Looking forward to summer! The chaps delivering took note of instructions and put the goods where requested. Very helpful.

It was very easy to find what I was looking for, not originally in stock but received an email alert. Able to choose delivery days is a real help. The whole experience was enjoyable

Went to pick our order up from shepperton garden centre ordered over a week ago was not there had to wait two more days which delayed doing the job not happy
