I ordered an item online to be delivered by Yodel to a collection point. I received 2 emails from Yodel to tell me & remind me to collect item. Both times I visited collection point to be told it hadn’t arrived, so I contacted Longacres to investigate. Kim replied and was very friendly and helpful to resolve the issue. It arrived a couple of days later. Thanks to Kim for sorting it all out for me 😍
