There was a mix up with my order but the service department were on it the minute I emailed. They were extremely helpful and sorted the problem in two emails. Excellent service. Even though their policy is only to drop off at the door the driver was kind enough to go through the garage and drop the heavy bags in the garden. He didn't have to do that. He was very kind. Local businesses always take good care of their customers. I highly recommend them. Been shopping from here for the past 8 years. Very good service.
