Extremely efficient service

I was informed that my order was ready for collection and when i called the lady said it was, but she didn’t mention the amendment that had been made and neither did the cohap ehen I collected it. I got an email the day after my collection date saying it was ready, but there was a change.

On two occasions I tried to order 4 bags of compost but by the check out the number was reduced to 1 bag so I couldn’t even take advantage of the offer and am paying 2 delivery fees for 2 bags of compost! Not very impressed I must say!

Colours not what ordered. Ended up with a one colour bouquet

Longacres customers services were great. My parcel didn’t arrive on the planned day so I emailed Longacres, within five minutes I had a reply and a new date. The parcel arrived as stated on new date.

Everything was really easy to from finding the item I wanted to ordering it and fee delivery was a bonus I hope the item as nice as it looks on your website
