Shipping prices are super high! I had to pay an extra $200 for overnight shipping to BC FROM SAN FRANSISCO? That’s ridiculous. They claim their rates are real time but that makes no excuse as to why they’re so expensive. Shopiosx needs to do better and offer BETTER shipping discounts. I asked an agent to provide me with a shipping discount and they told me no. Customer service is rude if you aren’t buying!

I brought a oculus quest 2 256GB on 12/18/2022 with local delivery and it arrived next day at 12/19/2022 early in the morning It came brand new and with everything in the box. But when I put it on and start playing games I got intensely motion sick. I tried to tough it out but after some thinking I decided to issue a return. Since shopiosx isn’t in my state I have to mail the oculus back with a free label they sent me. The closest one is 19 hours away from me out of state & they’re currently on break for the holidays. The closest post office is very far from my hometown and I have no other way to perform it other then mail for the return.

BEWARE

BEWARE: Shipping Rates & taxes are astronomically expensive. I placed an order for a 4 pack Nintendo, oculus quest 2, and a iPhone 13 Pro max & it arrived two weeks later. The Nintendo was brand new but the graphics are lacking, felt dated and the overall build is cheap. The oculus quest 2 is owned by meta so the setup process is aggravating. I don’t even have a Facebook account but I was forced to make one for it Didn’t realize any of this until it arrived The only item that was worth the money was the iPhone 13 Pro Max & that’s because it arrived brand new and factory unlocked

Phone wait times are long but this store has better prices then Amazon & Stockx. Delivery is a little long if you’re relying on free shipping. I’ve had my Nintendo switch OLED from them for a few months now and it’s still working. The graphics are a little cheap on the Nintendo switch OLED, but that’s a manufacturer thing not shopiosx fault

This store would be great if you didn’t have to spend so much in taxes & fees. Pickup is also horrible & they charge you a $15 service fee. No cash accepted at the Chula Vista location. Just overall bad

I brought a Nintendo switch OLED 4 pack and instead of receiving 4 they sent me 3, fortunately enough for me I was able to get in contact with the billing department & initiate a return I am now awaiting my return package which is scheduled to arrive sometime before the new year

Parking is a nightmare at their Chula Vista location Not only that but you won't be able to pay with cash. YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY TO PARK ($40 a hour) Aline the cashier is very unconcerned and won't bother to help you with questions outside the product or payment I've been shopping at ShopiOSx for years as a ship only customer. I was so excited when they announced they were opening up a mini store near me. I placed an order for a Nintendo switch lite (a 3 pack), I came to pick up my order 30 minutes later Ever since ShopiOSx has expanded, their customer service Has become less personable & the shipping and delivery fees has become higher. If you're looking to reach out by phone, expect to wait a long long time before you receive a callback After I explained the terrible customer service, Jessica (the owner) offered a 20% discount like that was supposed to make things better ShopiOSx has sadly lost me as a customer. Won't be Ordering again Tip for consumers: ShopiOSx needs to improve on their customer service. You will be charged for pickup at any location; and there is NO way to waive this fee. No Cash accepted
