We were welcomed by lovely staff members who explained the process, pricing of the packages and how the scan would work. The scan technician was very professional, thorough and very friendly. She made me and my partner feel so at ease. She was very reassuring and when the baby wasn’t quite in the right position, she gave us some time and some advice on how to get him to move. Overall we had an amazing experience and would definitely recommend the Nelson store. Thank you for making it such a special experience!

We had such a lovely experience having our 4D scan. Staff are very professional and make you feel valued throughout. Loved seeing our baby on screen and even when baby wasn’t in the right position, we were offered a chance to get baby moving in to the right position.

Had a gender scan today at the Nelson store. All staff were friendly, the place was beautifully laid out and clean and tidy. Scan room was massive with a sofa for family. Love touch was they has a colouring book and crayons for the little ones which helped. Definitely recommend

Amazing experience so much better than expected, the girls at the desk were very welcoming and the lady that done the scan was lovely and made the whole thing such a joyful experience, also the heartbeat teddy was a lovely addition and worth every penny, would highly recommend and we will 100% be back for the 3D scan!
