We used them for both the early scan and the gender scan, both times the service was exceptional they are very welcoming and knowledgeable, the whole experience is amazing, we were not rushed at all I would recommend for any expecting couples

The sonographer was absolutely amazing! So kind, caring and dedicated. I cannot thank her enough. The whole place from the store downstairs up to the place where you get the ultrasound upstairs was immaculately clean and tidy. Easy to find and good parking. All the staff were smiling we were greeted on arrival and offered farewell of departure. Will be popping back to purchase equipment for our baby.

I booked a gender scan in the Cwmbran store above the discount pram centre. The baby wouldn’t show us it’s gender and I was offered a free scan the next day. Went back for the next scan and again the baby wasn’t playing ball. We tried everything and the woman doing the scan ended up giving us another free scan for the week after. We were so shocked! They didn’t have to do that for us but they did. So finally went back for the 3rd scan and we thought it wasn’t going to happen again but we got there in the end. We were very appreciative and they were so lovely and helpful!! Highly recommend!

We had an amazing experience with the whole team in the Nelson store. We have had both the gender reveal and the early scan and had such a wonderful time. They did not rush us and we had plenty of time to see the baby, also they explained every little detail of what our little boy was doing. I could not recommend it enough, especially after the awful experience we had in the NHS hospitals.

I had such a lovely experience for my gender scan at the Nelson centre, I was welcomed by all the staff and made to feel so at ease, they didn’t tell me the gender and sealed it in a envelope so I wouldn’t know! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!
