The staff members were extremely helpful and considerate from the moment we arrived at the Nelson store.They explained everything and were very detailed and gave us plenty of time during the scan. We bought a bonding experience and it was truly magical. We didn’t feel rushed at all and I would definitely go back !!!

Excellent experience with BabyScanUK this morning! The team team were all very friendly and professional in a warm and welcoming environment. Great facilities and the lady conducting our scan was particularly lovely. We opted to purchase all of our photos and videos on a usb drive as there were too many good ones to choose from :). This is our first child, so first 4D scan too - we highly recommended BabyScanUK to anybody considering having one. Thanks to the team in Nelson for such a pleasant experience!

Went to Cwmbran store. No problem with scan, staff were pleasant, professional, good quality images. However, at £10 a keyring, I really don't expect to be given the pictures on a sheet, and the empty keyrings and be told they "don't have the cutter". I expect and accept all scan places are extortionate for pictures and memorabilia, it's just how it is unfortunately, but at those high prices it really shouldn't be "DIY"

My overall experience at BabyScanUK was amazing. The staff were really welcoming, friendly and made me feel comfortable. The scan itself was outstanding, I loved every moment and I would highly recommend BabyScanUK to anyone and everyone!

Absolutely amazing experience from Nelson baby scan UK, after having miscarriages the lady made sure she reassured me greatly and explained everything on the screen. Showed all baby’s body parts. For me this was the best private scan I’ve had to date after paying £100’s previously.
