I was given everything I needed to pass first time and they worked my tests and training around my current job. What more could you ask for?

Just a point to make although I am happy with the service I received, I feel slightly misled by this company it's not simply pass and get a job a lot of companies require experience and the unique recruitment program you speak of contacted me once prior to me passing my test I contacted them after I passed then heard nothing. I was also told when I originally set up my tuition I would have some help sorting out my C.V nothing came of that. Again whilst overall I am happy with the service I received I can't help but see this post as misleading. I also felt pressured with the 4 offers of your pass protection service, whilst a good product I felt pressured into buying something and I felt as though the sales technique was abrupt casting elements of doubt in my mind, luckily for me I didn't buy or need it having passed first time. To recap yes I am happy with the service received and the learning materials offered however there is room for improvement in regards to misleading information and sales techniques.

Can't be anymore top notch in service. They have kept me informed about when my theory tests will be. Given me all the revision materials needed to pass the module one LGV theory 1st time and also the Module two CPC case study's 1st time also. All my tests were on the same day!! Which I thought was great. Unfortunately I just missed the pass mark on hazard perception by 4 marks !! This is down to me mostly spending my time revising the 2 harder modules. My fault here. However my test is booked for next week and they have all the videos available for practice to ensure I pass it on Tuesday. Can't wait for the practical side of things. So far it's been a breeze come back for more info when I've completed the practical. But overall customer service is fantastic ! It's worth it ! Thanks Justin

Easy hgv has made my life sorting out test and revision easy definitely recommend if you are struggling to know where to start

All the staff were very helpful and got me on a course close to my location very quick also I passed first time with my class 1.

Being new to the industry and unsure of what to expect from the course my mind was easily put at rest on the first day of training. Steve our trainer was great at explaining things and nothing was of any trouble for him, he would happily reiterate information again and again so that people would understand, he's a real credit to the company.
