DO NOT USE!!! After making the payment It took me 11 months to get a practical test date! Had multiple issues throughout such as not receiving important paperwork/forms, turning up to training unprepared and every time someone else was to blame. Every time i rang i spoke to someone different, they were either on annual leave or they don't work their anymore. RECOMMEND GOING TO HGV COMPANIES DIRECT, SAVE MONEY AND TIME! I ENDED UP DOING MAJORITY OF THE WORK THAT I PAID THEM FOR. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. WHAT A STRESSFUL YEAR! STAY CLEAR! IN REGARDS TO THE REPLY BELOW. HALF OF IT IS BULL. THE AMOUNT OF TIMES I HAD TO RING THEM WAS INSANE, VERY LUCKY I HAVE UNLIMITED MINUTES ON MY PHONE CONTRACT. IF THEY WERE AS GOOD AS THEY SAY THEY ARE I WOULDN'T BE SEEKING LEGAL ADVICE ON THE MATTER. APPARENTLY IF ID OF STARTED THE WHOLE PROCESS 7 MONTHS AFTER I DID I WOULD OF PASSED THE AT THE SAME TIME AS I DID??? WORK THAT ONE OUT. THE FORMS THEY SUPPOSEDLY SENT OUT, THAT WAS ROYAL MAILS FAULT FOR LOOSING THEM. NOT GIVING ME THE RIGHT INFORMATION. THATS MY FAULT KNOWING IT. IF YOUR AFTER EXCUSES, THESE GUYS HAVE GOT YOU COVERED.

Relaxed, easy going, very flexible with payments and feel little pressure. The only pressure is hopefully getting my Class C driving licence. Thank you to all!

Straightforward to deal with…..delivered what I asked for……can’t really fault the experience….found me a local training school who did a great job with practical training….passed first time!

Wrong information about completion. Due to being ill and would not reschedule had to pay again for date missing. Also Very expensive to rebook.Shop around can find better deals for less than half the cost. I personally will never use again.

Used this company as I wasn’t sure where to start, in less than two months passed all my tests first time and had my licence. Guided through every step of the way.
