The company are all about (good) customer service and organising your licence for you. They are essentially a broker. If you are wanting people to take you through your licence, go for it. Top marks for being friendly and helpful of the phone and emails. I didn't feel bad about asking questions. I am not sure how much money I saved or spent had I done it all independently but I don't feel especially hard done by. I know some else that paid more for basically the same thing. It is possible to do this whole process yourself with a little research. But these guys were pretty good at shepherding me through it. I'll end with the biggest positive point: very approachable and friendly staff that don't mind picking up the phone and answering questions.

The entire team are so helpful and give you all the guidance needed in getting you on the move towards your HGV career. This has been from my initial enquiry to passing theory and hazard perception and CPC theory.

The training so far has been excellent. CPC training delivered in a way which ensures understanding and consolidates what has been covered. The input from others in the Teams classroom adds to the experience and builds confidence.

good instructor with actual experience working in the haulage industry which is a big plus in my opinion.

Always quick with replying to any problems or needs, always on hand to get anything sorted out and Becky and her team are so kind and friendly, great teamwork from everyone.
