I received a large cat tree missing 3 large pieces. MULTIPLE attempts were made to contact the company via email AND phone but were ALL unsuccessful. I am a very dissatisfied customer.

We had ordered 2 cases to decide which one we preferred. We are keeping one, and really like it. I went through the return process for the other by emailing "infoyaheetech shop" and haven't heard back. I called and went to customer service only to be sent back to the same email through a voicemail. I left a direct message on Instagram to @yaheetech and heard nothing as well so I figured I'd try here. The website says to contact the email, request a return label, and the refund will process after they receive the item. Is there a different process I should be following if no one is monitoring that email? We plan to order another one of the size we're keeping so there's nothing wrong with the product, just would appreciate a response so we can return this one. Edit as of March 2nd: They have since responded to my emails and been very helpful. They sent me my return label and have been keeping me updated on the refund process. I will be purchasing another one of the smaller size cases very soon as it is a good quality product. Despite the initial issues with responses, I would recommend Yaheetech's products due to their willingness to amend the situation.

I bought a beautiful fire table from this company. The shipping was reasonable and came very quickly. The item was very easy to assemble and is high quality. I had to call customer service, not for a complaint just for assistance, and they were more than helpful. I will definitely be ordering from them again in the future.

I recently purchased two chair from wayfair website and yaheetech wasthe seller company. The chairs were very comfortable. The set up instructions were very clear and installation process was very smooth for that reason. This is 3rd time I purchased their products and I totally love the deals they have.
