We discovered that the replacement part that we needed for our shower was available from Park Street Bathrooms, at a good price. It was easy to purchase, and it was delivered promptly. It was exactly the right thing, in original packaging. It was easy to fit and we are very happy with the result.

Have ordered several items now from Park Street Bathrooms for both my new en-suite and my new bathroom and have had no problems at all. Their items are of the highest standard and look amazing in my new bathrooms. Would not hesitate to order from them again for my next project.

Had a good customer experience with this company. They have a wide choice and range and the cost of the goods I purchased was very competitive. Good initial communication with an explanation of when one of the items would be in stock. I was given an estimated date of arrival but it didn't arrive. I appreciate it's only an estimate but no communication saying not to expect it that day. Then they got in touch assuming my delivery had arrived with instructions about checking the goods when it was actually awaiting collection by their courier. That wasn't a big issue but possibly a process they need to look at. However, happy overall.
