The products I have had from Park Street Bathrooms have all been excellent quality at a fair price and quickly delivered. But they are badly let down in shipping. I have yet to receive undamaged items. It is not clear if this has happened in Park Street’s shipping department or if the shipper DPD is to blame. But I do get quite a bit of stuff via DPD from other suppliers and have never had any damage. Generally the unprotected cardboard boxes are wet and sometimes disintegrating. The previous shipment of Elements wall board was damaged at the corners and had crush indentations on the outer boards in the pack. One had four indented squares, as if a chair had been set on it and sat upon. The last order of Proseal came in a pot with a cracked lid, as if the package had been dropped. About 1/3 of the product had leaked out into the box. Fortunately there was enough good product left to complete the (very urgent) job so it was not necessary to return anything or raise a formal complaint. This otherwise excellent company needs to get a grip on their shipping. (FOLLOW UP: I got a quick and courteous reply from Park after posting this review. Although both shipments came via DPD, the first one apparently came direct from the manufacturer, so Park were not involved and it looks as if DPD are the common factor. Accordingly I have raised this review from 3 to 4 stars.)

Very easy web purchase and speedy delivery

Very impressed with the quality of the goods, but disappointed by the inaccuracy of delivery forecast.

Good products at good prices. I made a few orders whilst renovating our bathroom. I needed to return a couple of items and the process was quick and simple with no restocking charges, just had to pay return postage.
