The worst I've ever experienced

I've been using Flyeralarm for many years when I was still living in Germany and I have never been unsatisfied. Good products, quality, easy automatic ordering process and fast delivery. I never had a reason to get in touch with their customer service. Then I moved to Sweden and the problems started. The quality and production process (everything is manufactured in Germany) are still the same - good and fast. But both, delivery and customer service, are a disaster! Despite a not so good experience some years ago, I've recently been ordering flyers for a client. They were supposed to be used on a fair and I needed them latest yesterday evening. The data was uploaded and released on Monday morning last week and regarding Flyeralarm's production and shipping schedule it should have been delivered by now, even at their Standard rate. Nevertheless since I didn't want to take any chances I even chose the Express option, with delivery until the end of last week, but the order didn't arrive. On Monday morning this week UPS tracking status changed to a planned delivery during the afternoon the same day, but it never took place and the status was changed to a non specified later date. Yesterday morning I filed a claim and informed Flyeralarm's Swedish customer service about the problem. No reaction. Therefore I filed another claim early this morning. No reaction. Meanwhile the second claim is marked as "denied", but I still didn't get ANY response regarding the problem! It is really a shame how this company (at least the for the Swedish market responsible division) is dealing - or like in this case not dealing - with customer claims. Good products and a flawless in-house production process don't matter much if you don't receive your products. A little effort of a customer service representative could probably have fixed the situation before it turned into a problem. Now Flyeralarm lost a repeat customer and I have a long-term client standing on a trade fair without promotional material.

Tolles Unternehmen, hilfsbereiter Telefonservice, hohe Kundenzufriedenheit

Die Printprodukte werden meistens in der angegebenen Zeit geliefert. Tatsächlich hatten wir bisher nur bei den Expresslieferungen mehrmals schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht. Das ist natürlich ärgerlich, weil es selbstverstöndlich auch entsprechend mehr kostet. Ansonsten sind wir super mit den Farben, mit den angebotenen Materialien und dem Service zufrieden! Die Homepage ist sehr übersichtlich und ich habe (fast) immer genau das gefunden, was wir gesucht haben.
