La Lavasciuga CANDY è arrivata molto in fretta. L’autista gentilmente l’ha portata fino in casa (piano terra). Lava molto bene, ma purtroppo c’è un problema con l’asciugatura. Il servizio clienti mi ha fornito il numero telefonico del servizio tecnico nelle vicinanze. Sono in attesa.

Problem with delivery

Some background to my story: I have ordered a big BOSCH food center with installation and assembly service which, according to the website, contains the following services: - Transport to the desired floor - Disposal of old appliance - Transport guarantee According to their website, the "transport to desired floor" service means the following: Delivery to the desired floor or location of your choice incl. disposal of packaging. As I mentioned, I ordered a big BOSCH food center at the end of November that we wanted to place in our basement. It was delivered with delay, which I can accept, especially around "Black Friday." However, when the transporter arrived, I immediately wondered how this one person planned to deliver and install this huge fridge in my basement. The delivery person asked where he needed to install this fridge. I told him we needed this in the basement. He immediately declined to bring this fridge down the stairs. I asked why, and he stated it was impossible to do this because it would not fit onto the stairs; they are not wide enough. I mentioned we have devices already in the basement, which never was a problem for the transporters. After all, the delivery person refused to install the fridge in my basement. He called a Nettoshop representative in front of me and told the story. They told me they would return the fridge and refund me since the delivery was impossible. She also mentioned that I should pay a 180CHF fine on a typical day because I returned the device. I told them this was not the case: I did not return the device, but they couldn't deliver and install it in the desired place. She told me they would try everything to waive this 180CHF, as this return would not be because of me. The device was transported back, and I waited for the refund. The refund happened with a considerable delay, BUT they sent the bill for the 180CHF fine even before they actually refunded me. After this point, my questions were unanswered from the company's side. It is important to mention that another company was able to deliver the same size (even bigger) fridge to my basement. So, their statement was false when it stated that it was impossible to deliver the fridge. I must mention that I have ordered many products from NettoShop over the years, and I have always been satisfied. I never, ever have a problem with them. However, this was the first time a transporter company was included as any other product I ordered was smaller and delivered by Post. Update: Nettoshop contacted me and canceled the bill for the 180 CHF fine. This happened before my review went online, so they professionally handled my case.

Mein Dampfreiniger Krächer musste ich bereits 2 Mal reparieren lassen. Jedes Mal die gleiche Geschichte. Der freundliche Verkäufer sagte, dass es 2 Wo benötigt um mein Gerät zu reparieren und zurückschicken. Nach einer Woche bekam ich einen Brief. Ich müsse mich 10 Arbeitstage länger gedulden. Alles i.O. für mich. Nun sind es 2 Monate und immer noch nichts. Nach diversen Mails und Telefonaten, erfuhr ich (endlich eine Antwort), dass mein Gerät 2 Wochen länger bei der Reparatur sei. Nun werde ich sehen, ob es wirklich stimmt oder nicht. Warum können die Verkäufer nicht sofort mitteilen, dass es ca. 2 Monate braucht, bis ein Gerät zurückgeschickt wird? Schade. Nun doch noch Positives: wir haben bereits mehrere Geräte bei Nettoshop gekauft. Das Personal war immer freundlich und die Geräte kamen relativ rasch.
