Ordering experience was fine. The box arrived dilapidated and soaking wet, which was concerning. The paper inside was in good shape though. This wallpaper quality was very poor. It scars super easily and with basic smoothing the color came off making it unusable. I tried hanging my first sheet three times before I realized it wasn’t me, it’s the paper. I’ve hung lots of wallpaper and will never order from this site again. I contacted them regarding a return and have never heard back. Money and more importantly time wasted.

Very good prices , great choices and excellent delivery ( ordered and delivered next day) . I haven’t tried to return unused wallpaper yet so can’t comment on how easy or not it is . But Will definitely use again .

Really great choice of wallpaper, much wider than Homebase etc. Fast delivery, which helped keep our project on track. The ability to order samples is really handy too - and it was nice to be able to use the discount code provided since we'd ordered samples. Very happy with our experience using World of Wallpaper.

Brilliant service, I ordered today (17/06/22) at 1pm and it has been shipped already! Less than 2 hours later! I’ve never ordered anything that has been shipped so quick, definitely recommend if anyone needs wallpaper asap!
