Recently purchased a UPVC single door which I am absolutely delighted with. The service throughout my purchase was fantastic and the door itself is of the highest quality. I cannot thank ATT enough and will certainly be using them again for my replacement windows and possibly another set of doors.

Delivered a custom built French door with two sidelights well within the allotted time. They look great and are very sturdily built, would recommend this company to anyone in the market for uPVC doors. Great value, beat the nearest quote by a good margin.

How long have you got! The ordering and delivery went well - except that, as well as the frame, they sent two cills and two top rails and no accessories pack! It took them a week to get the accessories pack to me. So one week late we cut the wall ready for the frame to go in. It went in beautifully except that we couldn’t fix it because the sliding door was stuck shut, blocking the fixing point. Then followed a week of phone calls as various people both at ATT and at their lock manufacturers tried to help without any effect and we slept very uneasily with a 6ft square hole in the house. Eventually they gave in, followed our suggestion, and allowed us to get a local locksmith out at their expense. It took him 15 mins to assess the situation, break the old lock out and fit a new one. The issue was solved and we went on to successfully fit the door. All other aspects were were fine, but it was an experience that neither I nor our builder wish ever to repeat.

Product looks nice. Wrong instructions were sent and we had to refit the locks as they were completely misaligned

Superb quality easy to install and reasonably priced. Would recommend and use again. My customer was over the moon with this product.

The bifold doors were fine but initially before ordering online I phoned for information and the so called customer service didn't know much at all. The delivery arrangements were an absolute nightmare and when they eventually delivered them there was no paperwork with it at all.

Excellent Company, Great products, and really good customer service. Purchased 3 sets of patio doors, which have proved excellent value for money and look really good. Delivery drivers were friendly and After sales care were really professional. I had a problem with one of the doors not fitting and the Company followed through with replacement and fitting.
