I purchased multiple products from…

I purchased multiple products from Buttermilk from their closing down sale. I am not sure if the service level is indicative or relevant given that they are going out of business. One item I received was a Missha mini bee pollen kit and completely different than advertised with 30ml of product against the advertised 110ml. I wrote in to customer support twice and they refunded the amount. They also ran out of stock on 2 other items and I had to write to them to alert them of it to refund me. Customer service is helpful and I promptly received all refunds.

Affordable yet luxurious items

Affordable yet luxurious items. My purchases were as described and arrived within two days of ordering. They were packaged well and it felt special when opening my parcel. They even dropped in some free face masks and samples. Some of their items were out of stock and has remained so for a while (like the missha sunscreen) but the other things I usually need are on there, for which I am very grateful! I will definitely be using this website again, if their stock hasn't run out!

I had no information with my order so I had to request an update on the status of it. I finally canceled it and requested a refund.Once I contacted them, the service was quick and I got my money back
