Amazing products!! Loved the Klairs vitamin c serum!

I loved the sustainable packaging and the inclusion of free samples- I have been using Klairs for months now and can’t believe how great my skin has become. My only comment, is that you don’t have a huge variety of Klairs products available, so I would love if you could stock more products! Maybe also Wish Trend products?

Excellent service as always. My parcel arrived very quickly. I appreciate eco friendly packaging, no unnecessary plastic. Sadly one product was out of date, but they replied very fast and send me a refund straight away.

Smooth process and relatively fast delivery. My only suggestion would be to categorise / organise the website slightly better so it’s easier to browse from a mobile perspective
