Ricky was the man of the situation

Ricky was the man of the situation. I had to take the train on sunday 23rd at 4.40 pm to France. He took care of my file from 1pm to almost 4pm. Despite my multiple calls due to stress of missing my train, he was patient and understanding of the situation. He went the extra mile for me, remained curteous and professional. If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would the customer service is horrendous. My test results were lost in their lab and they told me I have to bring it up with Royal Mail! More than a week to get my results and still waiting. let's hope I'm not walking around passing Covid to everyone! My partner sent their test on the same day at the time at same post box, we got his results after a delay.

Smooth and Efficient Service

I had a smooth experience with this company. Booked Day 2 test for 4 people, codes for the Passenger Information Form were received almost immediately after my purchase via email. Test kits arrived within 3 days. Instructions to complete and upload the test results were clear and simple to follow. Subsequent certificate was issued via email following day. Happy to recommend and would definitely use them again in the future.
