I've ordered a LF Covid-19 test kit for my Fit-to-Fly test from Tests4you. The test kit was delivered in time and, eventually, the results were sent to my mailbox the next morning. However, being anxious, I've contacted the customer support (Daniel) the same night I did the test, the results were sent to my mailbox after a few minutes! Excellent service.

No acknowledge, and slow results and bad customer support

I will not use Tests4you again. I had to chase up multiple times to get confirmation of receipt of my returned test and result. I registered online and returned via Royal Mail, which delivered the next day. I had to ring up 4 times and send 3 emails before it was resolved. Spoke to Jasper who only returned a couple of calls and I waited a whole day for his update call (which he confirmed he would definitely make) and nothing! It was only after a 3rd urgent email was sent that a reply was received. Took 5 days overall and very bad service. This was a Day 2 Test and had it been for pre departure test it would have caused real problems. Will not use Tests4you again.

Cheap tests but unclear instructions

The price of the tests was relatively cheap - 2 for £20. Actually registering and sending the result proved to be difficult. On the enclosed leaflet there were 3 ways of registering your kit, one by scanning the QR code, online at 2 different urls which I am not allowed to print in this review.The QR code would not scan. Depending on which of the other processes you followed you ended up on a loop as it was not clear which was for registering and which was for sending or they were all in one. The result sent back to me was UNCLEAR and I would have to isolate for 10 days and I may be contacted to check that I was self-isolating. I think that should have said 5 or 6 days. I queried this as it was obvious from the test kit that my result was NEGATIVE. I was told by support that the reason it was unclear was "because on first registration you did not send a tested test device. This has been corrected your new results have been sent." This result was sent 4 times by email stating I was NEGATIVE. I then had two more emails saying I was negative. It was quite unnerving to receive this information even though I knew it was wrong. However the issue has now been resolved.

Not happy with the experience of…

Not happy with the experience of purchasing the test as I did not receive the PLF reference number. But when I called customer service I received Excellent customer support by Andrew.
