There is no refund possible even though travel testing has changed abruptly. the cost of returning + a so called service charge is more expensive than the PCR test itself. It would be more fair to say they don't accept any return and do not provide refunds. However on the site they say they are "refund friendly", it is ridiculous. I will avoid this company moving forward, I will keep my useless test as they refuse to refund me but there are plenty of other providers to choose from who were happy to refund my order in the past.

Everything is good and fast, but DPD did terribly wrong job ... the parcel was delivered to wrong adress. Now I am affraid, that I will not get my test in time!

I arrived to England 3 days ago didn’t received my test kid yet I got email from dpd it’s going to come today after they send other email it’s coming one day after it’s cheaper test kid but not good service
