The experience of ordering was great but the price point compared to the quality of the Henley shirt purchased was disappointing.

A friend and I purchased a VIP Meet-n-Greet experience to see Melissa Etheridge in Montclair, NJ. The concert was amazing; the swag was neat; the sound check was cool; the photo with M.E. hopefully turned out well (it hasn’t been posted yet); plus I bought some shirts and other items with the $25/ticket for merch in the online store. It was a day and evening to remember!

Good quality but tracking packages needs improvement
It took quite a while for me to receive a tracking number. I had no clue when I should expect my package because you guys asked for me to rate my experience before you even gave me an email about my tracking number.
