I ordered a t-shirt and record and I wasn’t informed that the t-shirts wouldn’t come in until the end of this week because of a reorder of the t-shirts.

Unfortunately it turns out the shirt I ordered was not available & I found out my order was cancelled a week and a half later. I did try to reorder in a new, "available" size but the website would not continue to process my order past the shipping info page. Not a great experience for me with this website.

Ordered 2 CDs, received only 1 initially. Contacted them and heard back within 24 hrs and had the second CD in hand a few days later. Good customer service, would have been perfect except for the initial mistake.

Sent me the wrong edition of the item I ordered, I called the day I got the item and left a detailed voicemail. It has been over a week and I never got a response.

Arrived two days before promised, fits true to size, quality T-shirt, Logo appears to be of good quality as well.

I ordered a vinyl record and a t-shirt, the t-shirt was fine, but the vinyl record not only looks used, but even the sleeve is in terrible condition, for $50, I expected higher quality packaging and merchandise.
