Ordered on Black Friday and never received anything. Very disappointing.

I placed an order on Black Friday weekend. I expected to receive the shirt pretty quickly but I’ve had nothing. Nada! Then, 5 minutes ago on St Nick’s Day night I get an email saying the order has been fulfilled. Fulfilled?!?! What does that mean?! Has it shipped? When will I receive it? This Christmas or next? So I went onto the old website to try to answer these most reasonable of questions only to find the only useful information stored there appears to be my name and credit card details. No order to be found!!! Now what?!?!?!

Takes so long to arrive I placed an order on Black friday and I only got an email today saying my order has been fulfilled?? How much longer do I have to wait?! Terribly slow!!

VERY slow to ship. After reaching out to check on the status of my order, I received only a vague, ambiguous answer with no details about my shipment. Still have not received my order after nearly 2 weeks.

Fast shipping

I ordered 9 days ago and have received no package, no update and no shipping detail. In an amazon world, this is unacceptable.

Item was mailed when they said it would be. That's all I ask.
