I orders a shirt on Black Friday…

I orders a shirt on Black Friday November 23 but did not receive a order number until November 27. On November 30 I got a email from the company asking for a review but no update on the the package no tracking number. My order number: 130148. The money was taken out of my account the same day but have yet to get a tracking number and have been asked to review a company without haven been given my product

Poor choice of shipping materials put a poster and a shirt in a flat box. Poster is all wavy and wrinkled.

Products are decent quality at the…

Products are decent quality at the price but the shipping method is unacceptable. Poster, t-shirt, buttons and stickers all shipped together in a poster tube. T-shirt was fine. Poster was bent and ragged at top, sticker and button cards were bent in half with bad creases, not acceptable if you're a collector.

No tracking or confirmation. NO PACKAGE

I have not been given a tracking number or even a confirmation email that my package is being processed or even on its way at all. - the payment has already been pulled from my account .. but as of right now I feel like I just lost $45.00 . I logged into my account to review my order and NOTHING pops up. Extremely upset
