I like the website layout generally and how the account information clearly links to orders. The integration of site player for any purchases is convenient. Aside from that, the available music suits me and the choice of download formats a good feature.

I am from Singapore - and trying to find classical music CDs these days is well nigh impossible now - most of the shops have closed. Luckily, I managed to locate Presto Music - and unless it is only available as CDs - I would order downloads - so much better - and no waiting either for Royal Mail to deliver to Singapore. The process of ordering and downloading is seamless - although when downloading was first offered a few years back - I did encounter some issues with available bandwidth. These are mostly gone now :-)

Whether it's ordering a new release, a big box set, or a FLAC download for a remastered track never issued on a RedBook CD, Presto has it covered. Shipping of physical product is well-packaged and their web-site search function is thorough and easy to navigate.

Extensive range of high quality downloads, increasing compliment of High Resolution downloads, regular addition of offers, excellent and comprehensively informative website and a responsive and caring service.

Followed an ad for a 50% sale on hi-res downloads. The site was easy to navigate, there was good information on most of the recordings, including reviews, and the purchase and download process was quick and easy.

I found a Philip Glass [piano] album for download here. It was at a better price than anything I found on A__zon and the shop & download process was easier, too.

Presto is easy to use, has a huge catalogue, and contains helpful advice on which reocrdings to choose and why. What more could I ask for ?

Excellent website. Well presented so that all purchase choices are easily accessed. Helpful links to Artists, Ensembles, Composers, etc. I find it very helpful to use the Wishlist facility.

What I love about Presto Music is its wide range of classical music, as well as Jazz, and other non-mainstream music. While I purchase solely from Presto Classical, I'm very happy with being able to have the choice of mp3 at 320kbs, flac, and hi-res flac to choose from. I don't think its particularly fair to have to pay more for flac or hi-res flac, as digital music is a way of saving files and it takes no more or less effort to present music in both formats. Bandcamp is able to offer one single price for your choice of digital download - anything from mp3 through to Wav files. I would very much like to see Presto Music take this similar approach. To add to the above, it is even less fair when the pricey digital download is for albums that are decades old and the musicians, conductors, and composers are either dead or aren't even likely to receive any royalties from my purchase. Having said that, I do realise that some of these issues are in the hands of the record companies, but as a platform for hosting these albums and generating an income for the record companies (and yourself), there are other options available. It is great that these record companies do have regular sales on their albums though - that is awesome!
