I ordered some music to be sent Royal Mail first class tracked and it got sent to a different address by mistake and was not forwarded, so as the music was urgently needed for an exam Presto sent me a replacement copy the next day. Excellent service at no extra cost to myself. Fortunately the postman got it right the second time.

The website is helpful and gives details of the editions. Orders are handled with reliable promptness. I find the DPD delivery option useful as the postal deliveries are unreliable around here..

Everything I order is dispatched in a timely fashion. The staff are knowledgeable and provide excellent customer service. They’re a pleasure to deal with. They seem to have extensive stock or are able to source items quickly. I thoroughly recommend them.

I have used Presto for a few years now and have to say that their service is exemplary. If music I want is available, I can, and do, obtain it from this company. The incident that caused me to write this review concerned a CD I ordered, which was damaged in transit (the circumstances were such that it could not have happened any other way). I sent an email to Presto explaining what had happened and, in view of the situation asked what I should do next. I received a reply from Pammie Moore, who told me that a replacement CD had been ordered from their distributors and would be sent on to me. She even apologised for something that was not Presto's fault. Could there have been a better outcome?
