Received what I ordered promtly

I ordered my goods between Christmas and the New Year during their Christmas shut down. My order was dealt with on the first day they were back, and I received my order by the end of the week! Brilliant service.

Hi there I ordered a nova 12inch Cole jaw yesterday and I haven't received an email about it yet or shipping info etc but I have paid, have sent an email and just a bit concerned about the purchase now. Hope this isnt a scam...Happy to change my review stars upon confirmation that my item is on the way and in stock. Update; they have replied to my husband and confirmed they are having royal mail issues as they are on strike etc

Initially a mistake not dispatching order, but as soon as raised with team, order was dispatched and delivered by next day. Anyone can make a mistake, its how it is dealt with, and in this case it was dealt with promptly, efficiently, and with an apology.
