The item arrived as planned and packed securely. Web page a bit misleading when it says most machines sent post free but the Proxxon lathe was charged at £10. which brought the price up to the same level as other advertisers.

Brilliant service, having enquired directly about the availability of a log splitter it was then delivered in prompt time. Other companies should strive for this instead of professing to have things in stock and it actually still being in a factory in china. The only glitch I would say would be the delivery tracking, some for-warning from the courier the day before delivery would be handy to ensure someone is available to receive goods. The SIP 7 ton log splitter has performed very well, having split over 40 cubic meters of firewood since purchase.
