Great service, cannot fault

Everything as expected. Only suggestion would be to please keep people updated on on expected delivery to make sure there is someone who can handle heavy deliveries.

New fence arrived - firstly it took far to long to arrive - and once here all the aluminium was dented chipped and scratches - lastly there was no measurement tape strip as shown in the product image. Will not buy from Again!

It was a absolute pleasure to deal with this company, I had to contact them regarding a few setup issues I had. They advised me to contact a guy called Allan of NMA tools, Allan has many years of experience with Bandsaws. After a brief conversation with Allan he emailed me over lots of additional information on setting up the bandsaw and getting the blade straight and said to contact him if I had any more problems, fantastic service :)
