Professional, clean and calm! I saw Stephanie and although I felt abit nervous (my 1st time for Botox) she put me at ease straight away. Everything was clearly explained and she listened to my requirements & made recommendations. There was no pressure to have the treatment done that day , but I went ahead as was excited to see the results! 2 weeks later I went for a check up - to ensure I was happy with the amount of botox used etc. absolutely fantastic service. Would recommend Harley St Injectables & practitioner Stephanie to everyone!

It was my 2nd visit but my first appointment with Valentina. Immediately she was welcoming, friendly and professional. She took time to listen to my ‘areas of concern’. Then together we discussed and made a plan. During the treatment Valentina talked me through every step and put me at ease. I love my visits to Harley street injectables I don’t want to go anywhere else. I have a 3 hour train journey each way for my appointment… but it is totally worth it for the reassurance of such a high quality experience.

I have had two amazing consultations with the Harley Street Injectables Team. Hazel and Valentina have been so lovely and very informative for someone who is very new to things. I have felt very comfortable in my Botox appointments with Valentina and am really looking forward to my appointments with Hazel. Both ladies have helped me work on a plan to get me wedding ready! Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

I had Botox treatment to three areas in December. Only 5 weeks later, the product wore off completely. I contacted the clinic with pictures demonstrating facial lines, informing that on previous treatments with other clinics, results lasted over three months each time and sometimes closer to 6 months. They responded that too much time had passed and that “the Botox’s duration of action is near its pharmacological end (of 3 months”. Disappointing outcome and response from the clinic, especially considering the cost for the treatment. Would not recommend.

The Team at HSI are absolutely amazing! In particular, Hazel! She made the whole experience so comfortable and talked through all my (many) questions and concerns! I've been going to Alice at Harley Street Injectables for a couple of years to get my lips done, thanks to a friend's recommendation. After some not so great experiences with lip fillers in Dubai, I won't go anywhere else now. I always leave feeling amazing and soo happy with the results. Alice does an exceptional job in achieving a natural look. Plus, the clinic's aesthetics are stunning!

I fell into the trap of IG popularity because I wanted the best of the best. My procedure of lip filler was done a while ago however I will remember it for the rest of my life because how painful it was. I don’t know what numbing cream they use but I felt every single injection and even though I have high tolerance to pain, this was the worst. On top of that. The filler effect lasted 1 week when I did mentioned to the esthetician that I have high metabolism. She should know better what kind of filler she should put.

I came to Harley St injectables for the first time to have the filter facial. Hazel was fantastic - she thoroughly went through my skin and medical history to understand what I was looking for. She also detailed what the facial entailed and what to expect post the treatment. I’m so happy with the results can’t recommend the clinic and Hazel enough!
