My first experience of Botox, so I was a little nervous/apprehensive about my visit to HSI. Needless to say, I shouldn’t have been as my experience was first class. Valentina was fantastic - caring, Knowledgeable and very warm. Having spent a lot of time looking at different options of places to have Botox, I am really pleased with my decision to use HSI and would encourage everyone to ignore any less than positive reviews and not think twice about using HSI.

I have had lip fillers with Alice twice. The first time I was very pleased with the results - they were very natural and I enjoyed putting lip liner on more even lips! It was a case of me looking better, but no one could pin-point why. I have recently had an extra 1ml with Alice and I am waiting for the swelling to subside (which is normal). I am sure I will be very pleased as usual with the results. She is clearly very talented and has an injection technique that ensures a natural result - no protruding 'duck lips' or anything of the sought.

I went to Harley Street injectables for my first lip filler. I booked in with Valentina and I couldn't recommend her enough. She was very relaxed and helped me stay calm and has made my lips look so natural but plump even after I decided to go for more than 0.5ml. I couldn't be happier with the result. I also have experienced no bruising or swelling which is dependent on the person but is also a really good sign of a practitioner that knows how to handle needles. I will be going back for top ups and future treatments, couldn't recommend more.

Great office located at a very accessible area in central London. Alice is great at her job, explains everything she wants to do, and performs her tasks meticulously. Highly recommend this clinic.
