All good, Product received without issue

I have made an order of more than 80 euro. I have not received any tracking code, I have requested the status of my order via email, and nobody answers. Also nobody answers the phone.

I got in a muddle trying to apply the two for price of one discount as I didn’t find it very clear how to do this on the website but customer services were very kind and helpful and applied this afterwards. Thank you 🙏🏻

A few things 1) one of the product arrived damaged so It had to be thrown away. 2) I was charged delivery cost of €12 which I thought was steep since it was posted from the UK warehouse.

A nephew gave me his bottle of Endoca Hemp Oil because it didn't work for what he purchased it for, but I'm here to tell you, I applied it to a biopsied basal cell that's been on my top lip for 15 years, and it is healing it!! Unbelievable, right? Well, I finished that bottle and had to order more just to continue the healing. I know it'll take a little while longer because it's been there so long, but it is so much better!!
