The CBD gum I ordered was not cheap, nor was the charge to ship it to Minnesota. I simply expected to receive a premium CBD product. When I received the package and opened the box I was disappointed to find the servings of gum had all melted during shipping in the summer heat. They were not suitable for consumption. Not really my fault, so I was surprised my only recourse was to pay to ship the package back for a refund. After getting hassled at two different shipping partners about returning a CBD product, I made the difficult decision to cut my losses, and tossed the melted gum into the trash. I’ll make my future CBD purchases from a more reputable company with a more reasonable return policy.
