My order went through well and was received within 5 days which is good going due to the Royal Mail strikes in the UK at present. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was that Endonca couldn't provide me with a tracking number. To me, this is important due to the fact I live in an apartment and our post is delivered to the concierge. We do get problems with deliveries. However, all went well on this occasion. After reading Endonca's reply and reading other reviews I feel they should consider supplying tracking details during an order. Other companies do it, why can't Endonca?

I enjoy the product.

Product did not arrive within the paid 3 day shipping. It didn't arrive on the 4th day either and now it's the 5th day and no package. This was a gift. I will be requesting a full refund. Perhaps I should have looked at the reviews first. NOT a trusted company. I never received an email confirmation but I sure got signed up for all the trash emails. No package but 14 emails already! I unsubscribed but they keep on coming!
