I opted for express delivery, while expensive I realise it is international shipping so accepted that. Delivery was very fast but could have been packaged with more protection. I've not used the oil yet but I have used the oil I ordered for my dog (who is on end of life care). I give it to her before bed and she definitely sleeps better.
