I have invested with Pluxa in 10 x R2SA's about a year ago. Although I have been through tough times initially due to some of the apartments fell through the team have been working hard to get my portfolio up and running. My income was only okay in the first 6 months but we know making very good returns with them and I invested in Spain as well in their Buy to Serviced accommodation service so I can only recommend them.

I first met Peter some years ago where he explained the premise of P&A/Pluxa's strategy to assist landlords with guaranteed rent and a hands-off manner in which investment properties can be managed. Whilst there was initial hesitancy, I took the jump. A year on I have two properties managed by Pluxa, and soon to add a third. Denny was my point of contact and was extremely knowledgeable and offered sound and frank advice on our properties. I understand the hesitancy landlords may face, especially seeing some of the other reviews, though I can assuredly say, I've had an extremely positive experience.

This company has scammed me beyond belief, and their lack of honesty and transparency about their business model is shocking. From the outset, they promised services and conditions that they never intended to honor. Communication was virtually nonexistent once they had my money, and any attempts to resolve issues were met with evasiveness and blatant disregard for customer concerns. Their practices are not just unethical but border on fraudulent. I’ve discovered that many others have faced similar issues, confirming that my experience is not an isolated incident. This pattern of deceit is alarming and unacceptable. To anyone considering doing business with Pluxa Property, I strongly urge you to reconsider.
