I would like to share some feedback about my experience of working with P&A and Pluxa. I am a landlord living overseas with a property in the UK. Peter, Anita and Istvan are a great team and have been managing my property over the last 2 years. During this time, I have found them to be highly professional and honest. In terms of bookings, Pluxa has managed to secure long term corporate let direct bookings for my home which has ensured the property is generating cashflow each month. The booking statements are generated each month and the guaranteed pay-outs are in my bank each month without fail. I have also closely worked with their sourcing arm P&A to source more properties and heavily relied on Peter’s local knowledge of the area to find more deals.
