I think Vetsure are the best! Every time I’ve spoken with someone on the phone they’ve always been really lovely and helpful. I find that it doesn’t take long too long to get any payments and that claims are processed quickly. They were really kind and paid out after I lost my baby cat who was unfortunately killed in a hit and run. Thank you for doing a great job. I’ve recommended you to friends that have pets. Everything is sooooo simple!! Our vets, bill them direct for our first two dogs and then, having added a third who decided to splice a pad whilst out and needed emergency treatment, the only hold up to repayment was that the emergents forgot to add our surname to the claim…..swiftly resolved!!

I had my beautiful dog for 8 years but got some devastating news that he has only a short time left with us. I had to call Vetsure about him to seek clarification about his treatment and they were incredibly kind considerate which is more than I can say about my vet. I have recommended Vetsure to a lot of my friends who were also impressed with their service.

From the first call we made to Vetsure their customer service was amazing. They answered all our calls in a matter of seconds, they are amazingly easy to communicate with, all the advisors we spoke with were very helpful. We had a problem with our vet that refused to do a direct claim although on the vet website it was clearly stated the other way around. We called Vetsure and in the next hour our vet was already contacted by them. The vet management made our hard time even harder, had to pay more than £1000 on the spot so we can take our cat home after an amputation 😭. We got back the money we paid, from Vetsure in 3 days after the surgery straight in my bank account. Everything Vetsure had to deal with was made quick and easy. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Quick and efficient - couldn't fault the service from start to finish

Only given 3 stars as I was asked the same question numerous times via phone calls and emails and replied each time. Have now received a bill for an amount that apparently isn’t covered but no breakdown given or bill to explain it. Disappointed overall for my first experience with pet insurance (wasn’t the excess amount as that was paid upfront)

I used numerous phone calls to them when I didn’t understand my EMails from them and they were so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.

Very efficient, easy to use service all sorted through our vets. We didn’t even have to fill out any forms. Very pleased. Obviously we will see what now happens to our premiums but so far very happy.

Prompt response to my email with regards claim. Very helpful and prompt payment when you eventually received claim from vets.
