I cannot fault the service from Vetsure. They are easy to get hold of and have made the process of making a claim as effortless as possible. The (same) UK support agent handling my claim, keeps me up to date and contacts me if there is anything I need to do. All the information, paperwork, and payments have been effortless. Always very helpful if you need to contact them and our vet works with them so our claims have always been paid to him promptly, all I had to do was sign and leave the rest to them. Highly recommend

Having made a claim on the Vetsure policy, the service was so responsive. The claim was dealt with in a very short timescale and I was then notified that the money had been sent to my account. Fast, efficient, no nonsense! Great service.

With any claim I am always charged extra £20 because my local vet is not on Vetsure list of ‘approved’ vets. Which reminds me, I must look into changing my insurance company, find someone with no hidden charges.
