Simple and efficient

Definitely recommend Vetsure, they are reasonably priced and deal directly with my vets so I don’t need to pay and then claim back, unlike some other insurance companies. I recently made a claim and was unsure if it would be covered so I rang their customer service team, I was worried about my dog and the person I spoke to was so kind and reassuring and explained exactly what my options were so that I could plan for her treatment.

I’d never had cause to need to claim on our insurance before so was unsure how to go about making a claim. When I called and spoke to them they were amazing and explained exactly what I needed to do, immediately sent through the claim form which I completed took into my vets. I had nothing else to worry about and it was completely stress free and straightforward. So pleased we chose Vetsure and would definitely recommend

Very pleased overall. Our dog had ongoing stomach issues which needed a few visits to the vet until it was sorted. Vetsure paid the vets direct for his consultations and medicines, and linked the vet visits to the same illness, just an e-signature required from me to authorise.

Our Cocker Spaniel puppy had an in growing eyelid (entropion) picked up on his 16 week vetinary check up. The procedure was carried out and Vetsure settled our claim within a week. The vet and Vetsure made the claims process very quick and hassle free.
