Fantastic service with no hassle or problems

An unexpected & scary episode happened to my puppy a million to one chance the vet said ! he asked if I was insured, thankfully I was, she spent three days in hospital in an oxygen kennel. Fully recovered she came home, no quibble with the insurance the vets did it all, I just had to confirm their claim.

To have one operation on my dog to remove 2 lumps and be charged 2 excess charges is unbelievable!! The op was so I did not put him through the procedure twice!!
