Absolutely excellent no quibble just paid the vet quickly, so no worries about long questionnaires just filled the claim form out and sorted.

The two times I called for some information the people I spoke to were very friendly and helpful. I also had to chase my vets to see if they had sent the claim form to yourselves so I am therefore aware of how quickly you processed my claim once you received it. Easy process to sign up over the phone. The worry of having an ill puppy was alleviated by knowing the claim would be dealt with directly between Vetsure and the vet. Very efficient service. Thank you!
