Focus on recovery

The process was really straight forward and I didnt need to stress about paying anything for Vinnie, just able to focus on his recovery. I have two dogs covered which can be pricey - however it gives me peace of mind that the process works. Thank you

Absolutely Brilliant

I have had to claim on the insurance twice (the first time was during my first two weeks) and both times has been seamless. All the staff at the call centre I have spoken with have been brilliant, understanding and helpful. My claims have been settled easily and without any problems. I am so glad I chose them for my pets insurance.

Claims settled promptly but....

Submitted two recent claims and both got paid to the vetinary practice despite ticking the correct box. Unfortunately one claim had a deduction for the fact that our vets were not on the Vetsure list, but being a small practice, they noticed and got things sorted very quickly. If we had used our previous vets, who are now part of a national chain, they would not have noticed and we would have had difficulty recovering the payment. I bet the national chain would have charged more as well!

My cat came home with a broken paw and…

My cat came home with a broken paw and took him to local vet who was on Vetsure accredited list. All I had to do was hand over claim form and the rest was taken care of by the vets and vetsure after paying the excess.... Using vet on accredited list saves a lot of worries
