I'm very impressed with the level of cover i receive from Vetsure and also the caring nature of the staff whenever I call to discuss my pet. It helps alleviate some of the worry when your insurance company is so good. Would definitely recommend Vetsure

Great until things go wrong

Great company, easy to use but very expensive compared to other let insurance I've looked at. Disappointed that their has been no deals for continuing customers. Had a problem with my account in the past and no good will gesture. Just suggested that I either pay in full the amount own that have gone in ten direct debit (this was acknowledged as not my fault) or cancel and restart the policy but with my bet having continued illness this wouldn't have been the best idea. We thanked for my understanding and the lady even said that most costumers would have been less understanding but still no good will gesture.
