I cannot fault Vetsure the service is amazing and for the peace of mind and ease when having to make a claim I wouldn’t use anyone else. My dog is my fur baby and means the world to me when she was recently poorly I was scared and upset. Vetsure handled her vet bill directly with her vet leaving me free to look after my pet without any worries. I would and do recommend Vetsure to anyone that wants 1st class service at great value. Have claimed a couple of times for my Newfoundland. I have had 1st class service with sympathetic staff and fast turn round of claims. Can not fault the service, thank you.

Left signed forms with the vet informed vetsure to deal directly with the veterinary and let me know how much they will require off me and they did everything and left me to look after my dog without being disturbed. No hassle!!!

Very easy to claim, quickly decided and no hassle. I feel I can trust vetsure to cover me when the worst happens and my pet gets ill without the extra stress of wondering if I’m going to have any arguments or trouble with getting the bill paid.

I was delighted with the service I received from Vetsure after my dog got a grass seed in her foot. Which turned out to be quite costly £500+ in vet bill's. Claiming from the insurance was simple to do, a brief form, with clear instructions. It was paid out quickly and for the amount I thought it would be. So I can't fault it. It's not the cheapest but the knowledge that when it's needed it can be used without any problem is more important.

The company has been professional and understanding. They are easy to communicate with and you don’t have to wait for ages on the phone to speak to someone.
